Theraband
Slight elevation (stepper/stair step)
PROCESS:
Foot helix (mobilization of the foot structures)
Foot push (activation of the flexor hallucis longus to anchor the big toe)
Foot hold (big toe anchored despite knee movement)
Hip activation (activation of the hip rotators)
Short foot (combination of all movements to straighten the longitudinal arch)
